A gorgeous blazer-style mini dress with a notched collar and lapel. Shirred at waist, zipper closure up the back. Shoulder-pads provide great shape.* It's super cute! *When I bought the dress, the shoulder pads were not attached properly to the inside of the dress. Since purchase they have been tacked/sewn in place (see last two images on listing).
